Navilus
D.A. Karr announces "Navilus"
Coming in 2009
In the 17th Century in England,  a descendent of the Darley Arabian  was foaled in 1764,
the year of the great
eclipse of the sun.
Eclipse, was a
champion unbeaten.
He won 18 races,
never appearing the
least bit stretched.
However, due to
terrific competition from Herod and the Byerley Turk line, Eclipse was never actually declared champion.  Then a rougue Irish Thoroughbred,  Navilus, a decent of the mighty war horse Pendyne, challenged the unbeaten Eclipse to a match race.
